Samali Naciri is employed as Regional Manager – Manned Security Services (MSS) North, which employs approximately 1,000 people. His main responsibility is to establish and develop the business within his region, which includes managing sales, growth of the business and the day-to-day operations.

Samali holds a Diploma in Food and Beverage Management. Samali started his career with G4S in 2001 as a Supervisor. He was then promoted to Operations Manager Assistant, Key Account Manager and finally into his current role as Regional Manager.

Samali carries this philosophy through his work and his management style. One of the rewarding aspects of his role is the development of his team and their satisfaction with their jobs. There are also challenges associated with this in that it requires him to be involved in every area of his business. He mentions that, “Attention to detail is key.” and that it requires him to constantly ensure,… “If that my team is updated, are engaged and satisfied with the work they do, because this is important for their careers.”

Samali’s manager describes him as, “a dedicated person, hard-working, respectful of company values and an implementer of strategy.” His manager also feels that, “his strongest skills are in Operations and on focusing and improving the quality of services offered.”
