The Morocco Facilities & Courier Services Division was established in order to respond to the demand for support services, such as: industrial cleaning, vermin control and extermination, gardening, event management, drivers and document delivery.

The Division seeks to actively engage with its customers in order to provide quality service and to develop relationships that result in great successes for the business.

May Darsouni is the General Manager – Morocco Facility & Courier Service, with a staff complement of 550 employees, operating as cleaning agents, drivers, administrative officers, receptionists, storekeepers and gardeners.

May’s key responsibilities are to organise and develop the workflow of the Division by providing clients with a quality service. Communication with the in-country team is of paramount importance, requiring periodic reports on the Division’s operations as well as setting up the necessary strategies to achieve businesses objectives and goals.

May joined G4S in 2006, and subsequently held several positions including Business Development Manager, Event Manager and then Facilities Manager. In April 2010, she was promoted to her current role as the General Manager of Facility & Courier Services.

May has 16 years’ experience in the purchase management field as well as import and export systems. She completed a Diploma of High-level technician in Statistics and Planning at the National Institute of Planning Statistics in Algiers.

May seeks to develop new business and to oversee all activities for this significant subsidiary of G4S Morocco. This ambition is justified by her managerial aptitude and the direction of business. The positive aspect of her work is the broad variety of services provided as well as the great interaction with many stakeholders. Management have highlighted that May shows motivation and determination, balanced with patience, and is very hands on with regards to the operations.
