Role Responsibility:

  • The ability to arrange, co-ordinate and monitor valuable shipments and consignments
  • Co ordination of projects for clients that need valuable cargo collected and or delivered.
  • Preparation of notifications to clients and sub contractors regarding shipping arrangements.
  • Query resolution & client liaison.
  • Monitoring of sub contractor costs and application thereof
  • Maintaining client database, office support and admin functions.
  • Performing related duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Costing of Job movements

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Basic freight forwarding and clearing experience
  • Basic experience in Logistics
  • Experience dealing with international customers
  • Substantial Experience on MS Outlook, Excel & Word.
  • Skills in data entry with high levels of accuracy.
  • 1-2 years related work experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • High flexibility
  • Delivering great customer service
  • Sharing and Co-operating
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
