Package Description: Remuneration and benefits will be commensurate with the seniority of the role and in compliance with company remuneration policy and practice.

Job Introduction:

Manage the recruitment and selection function providing key services to the business. The Recruitment Manager is responsible for providing a professional advice and support across the full range of employee recruitment and selection activity for staff.

Role Responsibility:

  • Manage the full recruitment process , and design new recruitment procedures
  • Supervise recruitment team and report on their performance
  • Manage and develop direct recruitment channels such as job boards, headhunting, professional networking websites where appropriate
  • Develop and maintain recruitment & selection processes as well as a talent pool
  • Manage agency relationships and negotiate rates with external service providers
  • Manage assessment centers as well as setting recruitment panels when required
  • Keep track of recruitment metrics
  • Implement new sourcing methods
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A Diploma in Human Resources Management is required
  • Extensive recruitment experience in a professional office environment is required, with a minimum of five years progressive relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal in English), project management, and analytical skills.
  • Creativity, enthusiasm and an ability to think out of the box.
  • Attention to details with ability to respond quickly and effectively to problems/crises.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Being proactive and motivated.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer and software applications is required

Knowledge:

  • Previous experience of managing the full end to end recruitment process.
  • Previous experience of managing numerous vacancies simultaneously.
  • Previous experience of planned management training in recruitment and selection.
  • Previous experience in organizing and facilitating assessment centers

Skills:

  • Understanding of the recruitment market place including advertising media, recruitment consultancies and direct recruitment.
  • Strong administration and time management skills.
  • Proven experience in negotiation with external providers.
  • Confident and professional communicator with staff at all levels.
  • Understanding of employment law and how it is related to recruitment

Attributes:

  • Strong stakeholder and candidate management experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
