Package Description: Remuneration and benefits will be commensurate with the seniority of the role and in compliance with company remuneration policy and practice.

Job Introduction:


Under direction, compile and evaluate information needed to collect delinquent accounts; recommend and initiate legal proceedings on enforcement actions; make field collections; and perform other duties as required.

Role Responsibility:

  • Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visit to solicit payment.

  • Receiving payment and posting amount to customer's account

  • Preparing statements to credit department if customer fails to respond;

  • Initiating repossession proceedings or service disconnection

  • Keeping records of collection and status of accounts.

The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum qualifications:

  1. At least High School Graduate  - Good scores in Maths / English

  2. Numerate & Literate

  3. Two years of responsible credit collections or similar experience

  4. MS Office Computer skills (Excel Advanced)

  5. Very strong interpersonal skills

  6. Must be of a highly persuasive with a positive nature

  7. Highly motivated and ambitious

  8. Ability to follow a task from start to completion

  9. Driving License

  10. Must own a car
