Job Introduction:

The world’s leading private security organization, G4S, has an immediate job opportunity for an experienced Corporate Recruiting Specialist.  As the Corporate Recruiting Specialist you wil actively recruit to fill critical the staffing needs of G4S Secure Solutions USA throughout the country by proactively sourcing, screening and qualifying sales, managerial and other assigned positions.

Role Responsibility:

  • Screen and interview management level and field sales professional job applicants.
  • Source and recruit management level and field sales professional job applicants.
  • Track and maintain necessary data for compliance with OFCCP and EEO candidate data requirements.
  • Track and maintain necessary data to support candidate recommendations, summaries and debriefs.

The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required


  • College degree in Human Resources, Business, or a closely-related major


Type and Length of Specific Experience Required


  • A minimum of four years’ of experience sourcing, recruiting, screening and interviewing management level job applicants in a fast paced work environment
  • A work history that must include:
    • Excellent organizational skills that include the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    • Demonstrated strength screening and interviewing job candidates
    • Demonstrated influencing and relationship building skills specific to recruitment processes
    • Strong candidate sourcing experience that includes both traditional and online resources
    • Sound understanding and use of Applicant Tracking Technology 
    • Ability to develop talent pools in key markets throughout the United States
    • Demonstrated successful experience in the recruitment of field sales professionals

  • Must be able to pass an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military


Physical Requirements and Environment


Environment:  Office; minimal to no work in extreme temperatures is expected

Major activity:  Working on PC while sitting

Physical efforts to carry out job duties:  Limited, to include some standing, bending, light lifting up to 10 pounds, and limited stretching and reaching
