Job Introduction:

Ensure that agreed IT Services are delivered to the Business. Provide Support for IT Staff.

Role Responsibility:

  • Ticket Management, Time Management
  • Service Delivery is the main standard
  • Expected to manage and deliver significant IT projects and initiatives
  • Service delivery meetings with Senior Management and key 3rd parties as part of continued service improvements

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience :

  • 2 Years IT Experience
  • Knowledge of Desktop
  • Laptop, Server & Peripheral hardware
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office software & Google support.

 

Knowledge:

  • MCSA
  • Google Admin and Google for work experience advantageous
  • Hardware and/or Networking certifications advantageous.
