Job Introduction:

The Senior Pre-sales coordinates technical pre-sales activities. He/she transfers industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills. Assists in all levels of technical account planning and accompanies sales account managers on visits to customers

Role Responsibility:

  • Creating and arranging proposals (technical & commercial) for new & existing clients.
  • Reading tenders and RFP and arranging proposals according to the requests mentioned in the RFP or the tender.
  • Maintaining the quality of the technical & commercial proposals
  • Create the costing sheet for any offer.
  • Coordinating with Sales team & operations Team in issuing proposals according to the client's requirements.
  • Coordinating with other departments to collect the costs of all project.
  • Updating Pipeline sheet and send it to the reporting head on weekly basis.

The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Extensive Sales experience in a professional office environment is required, with a minimum of three years progressive relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal in English), project management, and analytical skills.
  • Creativity, enthusiasm and an ability to think out of the box.
  • Attention to details with ability to respond quickly and effectively to problems/crises.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Being proactive and motivated.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer and software applications is required

Skills:

  • Detailed knowledge of Information Builders product offering 
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills 
  • Excellent organisation skills 
  • Good listening skills 
  • Fluency in English essential. Additional fluency in another European language would be an advantage Ability to discuss and demonstrate business benefits and value to a customer of a technical solution.
  • Ability to translate technical and business requirements into cost-efficient solutions 
  • A team player with the ability to adopt a leadership role where necessary
